Our advertising budget has been close to zero for decades; our cases are referred from satisfied clients and opposing lawyers who have witnessed the high level representation our office provides. And that’s the best advertising.

Our firm is run on a very successful business model. That’s important because some firms are drowning in overhead and they settle cases cheaply just to keep the lights on.  

Not us.  We are well-funded and don’t need settlements to “help with overhead.”  We only resolve cases when maximum value is achieved.

About Michael Eisenberg

When Michael was 14 years old, he made $3.35/hour working for a sporting goods store. When he worked over 8 hours a day during the Summer, his boss would cheat him out of those few dollars of overtime. The boss carried those OT hours to the next pay period and say “that’s the way it is.” Well, when Michael turned 18, he sued that old boss for those wages because that’s NOT the “way it is.” And when Michael turned 26, he started Eisenberg & Associates…

With G-d’s help, Michael Eisenberg founded Eisenberg & Associates, a law firm dedicated to helping employees in workplace disputes. Since then, we have handled thousands of cases across California in almost every conceivable employment dispute: discrimination (age, race, gender, pregnancy, religion, orientation, disability, etc), sexual harassment, medical leave violations, failure to accommodate, retaliation for whistle blowing, failure to provide meal and rest breaks; and failure to pay overtime.

Michael is a dedicated husband, father and grandfather. He’s also a chef, a magician, a rower, a sharpshooter, a lecturer, a volunteer chaplain, a power-lifter, doesn’t miss a day of Bible study and has a wicked sense of humor. He divides his time between Bustling Los Angeles, Serene Ojai & Holy Jerusalem.
